Wash and Clean chickens and then put them aside.
Pour your chicken pieces into the bowl. Add yogurt,grated garlic, pepper, turmeric, coriander, salt, and oil in a bowl and mix all of them.
Let the marinated chicken rest overnight or at least for an hour.
Now it is time to skewer chicken onto bamboo sticks.
Set the grill on medium heat, put chickens over it for 25 minutes, and rotate the sticks every 3 minutes to ensure they cook evenly.
