Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken Bite-Sized

Afghani chicken kebab marinade

  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 Garlic cloves Grated or crushed
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder      
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and Clean chickens and then put them aside.
  • Pour your chicken pieces into the bowl. Add yogurt,grated garlic, pepper, turmeric, coriander, salt, and oil in a bowl and mix all of them.
    Marinate the chickens
  • Let the marinated chicken rest overnight or at least for an hour.

  • Now it is time to skewer chicken onto bamboo sticks.
  • Set the grill on medium heat, put chickens over it for 25 minutes, and rotate the sticks every 3 minutes to ensure they cook evenly.
