Soak the dried plums, Dried yellow plums, and Prunes in advance for at least an hour (To remove any stones).

First, add salt, black pepper, sumac and turmeric to the minced meat and knead the ingredients well. if you don’t have sumac, substitute grated onion.
then make medium and uniform meatballs and set aside.
Chop an onion into small pieces and put it in a pan with some oil and heat until the onion becomes soft.
Add the meatballs. Don't move them around. After one side is firm, turn them over to fry the other side.
Pour a little turmeric on the onion and pour the meatballs.
Add the Prunes, Dried yellow plums, and Aloo Bukhara.
Pour boiling water. It should cover the meatballs.
Let it cook for 30 minutes. There's no need to cover the pan, as doing so can cause the meatballs to crumble and break.
Now pour boiled sugar and saffron and stir a little. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally, add the washed barberry to the meatballs stew andturn off the stove after 5 minutes.
